Abstract

The main idea of the article is that the renovation of the language teaching presupposes the choice of new models of subject study courses, programs and other facilities. The given program is oriented to the new historical cotuiitions, nowadays problems and language teaching principles. Great attention is paid to the reaching high level standards of knowledge, formation of an active, thinking person able to the social communication. Programs reflect modern tendencies and demands to the practical language skills in the every day activity and professional sphere. Reforms of higher education, being conducted nowadays, presuppose also deep-going changes in a special teacher training
