Abstract: | The purpose of the research presented in the article is to identify the phenomenon and necessity of the university graduates to be allocated with signs of corporate identity. The concept is useful to consider the features of transition of the Russian higher education institutions to market conditions according to the recommendation of the Bologna process and successfulness of university graduates. The concept of adornment of all graduates of RSVPU by psychological and pedagogical competences is described in the context of vocational pedagogy. Special purposes, subjects, objects and methods of vocational pedagogy as a science and in what it differs from general pedagogy are discussed in the report. It is shown that the vocational pedagogy is a universal pedagogical science of the laws of formation and development of competence-based personality within the vocational and educational relations. Multistage system of training and retraining in the field of engineering pedagogical education created in RSVPU is described as a special case. This system includes Bachelor degree, Master's degree, program of professional retraining, and IGIP training program. © 2015 IEEE. |
