Формирование готовности директоров средних школ к инновационной деятельности

Abstract

The paper considers the prospects of developing secondary school headmasters' readiness for innovative activity through the system of continuous education. For this purpose the modular programs of professional growth have being developed for the leaders of educational institutions. The author examines the requirements for headmasters' training and presents some methodological recommendations to meet the requirements. Within the framework of the Federal Program of the «Modern Educational Management», the author reviews the experience of Orenburg Institute of Continuous Education providing a course in developing strategies introducing innovations in a particular school. The methodology of the research is based on the activity approach: practical orientation of education, approbation of the theoretical knowledge in the field. During the course, the headmasters receive the essential information on innovative processes in education, as well as motivation for their implementation, and build up the skills and expertise needed for understanding the social and state priorities.

В статье говорится о возможностях формирования готовности директора средней школы к инновационной деятельности. С этой целью в системе непрерывного образования разработаны модульные программы повышения квалификации специалистов, возглавляющих образовательные учреждения. Автором рассмотрены требования к переподготовке руководителей общеобразовательных учебных заведений, предложены методические рекомендации по ее осуществлению. На примере реализации федеральной программы «Современный образовательный менеджмент» показан процесс обучения слушателей Оренбургского ИПК разработке стратегии, ориентированной на внедрение инноваций в конкретной школе. Методология данной работы строится в логике деятельностного подхода: обучение носит практическую направленность, широко используются интерактивные методы обучения, закрепление теории происходит на базе стажерских площадок.
