Abstract

Die unguenstige wirtschaftliche Situation in Russland beunruhigt heute europaeische und weltweite Gemeinschaft. Durch verschiedene Fonds, sowohl staatliche, als auch private, leisten Europa und die USA Hilfe den jungen Wissenschaftlern, schoepferischen Kollektiven, akademischen Institutionen, einzelnen Wirtschaftsbranchen. Das Fehlen des verzweigten Informationsnetzes, unbefriedigendes Kennen der Fremdsprachen machen oft die Information ueber dieses oder jenes konkrete Programm unzugaenglich, sogar fuer die Interessenten. The European and World Communities are anxious about the unfavorable economic situation in Russia. Through different funds, both state and private, programs, projects and tenders for receiving personal grants Europe and the USA give support to the young scientists, creative groups, academic institutions, separate branches of the Russian economy.
