Социальная идентичность и толерантность студентов

Abstract

Представлен теоретический обзор изучения социальной идентичности личности с позиций отечественных и зарубежных исследователей. Особо отмечена необходимость формирования и развития социальной идентичности, толерантного отношения к себе и другим, жизненных и профессиональных установок молодых людей. Описаны результаты эмпирического исследования социальной идентичности, толерантности и установок в группах студентов разных вузов. Полученные данные позволят разработать и реализовать на этапе профессиональной подготовки в рамках различных образовательных программ технологии развития и воспитания личности.

The scientific article presents a theoretical review of the study of the social identity of the individual from the positions of domestic and foreign representatives of science. The need for the formation and development of social identity, tolerance towards oneself and other, life and professional attitudes of young people was emphasized. The results of empirical research of social identity, tolerance and attitudes in groups of students from different universities are described. The results obtained will enable the development and implementation of technologies for the development and education of personality within the framework of various educational programs at the stage of professional training of students.
