| Abstract: | The paper considers the phenomenon of isolationism which is inherent in the teaching profession. The directions of the theoretical analysis of cultural-historical, organizational, and situational causes of this phenomenon and ways to overcome it in the modern educational practice are proposed. Предмет внимания авторов статьи – феномен изоляционизма, присущий профессии педагога. Предложены направления теоретического анализа культурно-исторических и организационно-ситуативных причин этого феномена и пути его преодоления в современной образовательной практике. |
