| Abstract: | The innovations in pedagogical activity end opportunities of their realization are analyzed in the report. The criterions of creative results in pedagogic are offered. The substantiation of necessity legal protection of pedagogical innovation is proved such as at technical invention. This is a new idea of the article. Анализируются инновации в педагогической деятельности, рассматриваются возможности их объективизации, предлагаются критерии творческого результата в педагогике. Новизной обсуждаемых в статье вопросов является обоснование целесообразности введения правовой защиты педагогических инноваций по аналогии с техническим изобретательством. |
