Трансформация воспитательных задач современного вуза

Abstract

The article addresses the issues of educational process improvement in a higher education institution. The review of viewpoints on this matter allows the author to conclude that in present-day conditions the education priorities have drastically changed. In the author’s opinion, when the quality of student’s education is diagnosed, one should combine evaluation of conditions of the external educational influence on a person (analysis of the educational work’s content and its organization in a higher education institution, its regulatory, staffing, material and technical support) with purposeful studying of the student personality’s inner dispositions

Рассматриваются вопросы совершенствования воспитательного процесса в вузе. Обзор точек зрения по этому вопросу позволяет автору заключить, что в современных условиях приоритеты воспитания кардинально изменились. По мнению автора, при диагностике качества воспитания студентов следует сочетать оценку эффективности условий внешнего воспитательного воздействия на личность (анализ содержания и организации воспитательной работы в высшем учебном заведении, ее нормативное, кадровое и материально-техническое обеспечение) и целенаправленное изучение внутренних диспозиций личности студента
