Рус. обычай и его синонимы как объект лингвистического изучения

Abstract

The review of studies of Russian words with the meaning "custom" ( obychaj ) is presented. The aim is to estimate the exploration degree of lexemes in this group. It appears that some lexemes out of the number of the names for social constitutions - Russian obychaj "custom", obyknovenie "habit", zakon "law", ritual "ritual", traditsiya "tradition", moda "fashion", nrav "manner" - were analyzed linguistically. The rich history of the meaning development of the word обычай "custom" is neglected by scientific papers. The dialect lexemes with the meaning "custom" were insufficiently elucidated, today there is no complex semantic and motivational description of the whole custom lexical representations system in the Russian language etc. The prospects for further investigations of this lexis are given. The need is claimed to solve the following linguistic problems: the analysis of the meaning history of the word обычай "custom" in the Russian language; the revelation of the meanings of the word обычай "custom", actualised in modern practice of its use; the development of its lexicographic description; the revelation of a number of synonyms for the word обычай "custom" in the Russian literary language; the revelation of designations for custom in Russian dialects; the semantic and motivational analysis of the Russian general and dialect designations for custom etc.

Представлен обзор исследований, посвященных русским словам со значением "обычай". Цель - оценить степень изученности лексических единиц данной группы. Выяснено, что отдельные лексемы из ряда обозначений социальных установлений - рус. обычай, обыкновение, закон, ритуал, традиция, мода, нрав - подвергались языковедческому анализу. Богатая история развития значений слова обычай обойдена вниманием в научных работах. Недостаточное освещение в лингвистических трудах получили диалектные фиксации со значением "обычай", отсутствует на сегодняшний день комплексное разностороннее семантико-мотивационное описание всей системы лексических репрезентаций обычая в русском языке и т. д. Определены перспективы дальнейшего исследования этой лексики. Утверждается необходимость решения следующих лингвистических задач: анализ истории развития значений слова обычай в русском языке; выявление значений слова обычай, актуализированных в современной практике его употребления; разработка лексикографического описания слова обычай ; выявление ряда слов, являющихся синонимами слова обычай в русском литературном языке; выявление обозначений обычая в лексике русских народных говоров; семантико-мотивационный анализ русских диалектных и общерусских обозначений обычая и др.
