Oracle Programming Olympics combines two nominations SQL and Java and covers all federal districts of Russia Federation and Ukraine and Kazakhstan as well. The ThinkQuest Competition engages students from schools, colleges and universities to solve a problem using their technology, critical thinking, and communication skills
