Развитие музыкального образования в Монголии: баланс традиций и инноваций

Abstract

Рассматривается проблема соотношения традиций и инноваций в педагогике. Обращается внимание на нововведения, которые вытесняют традиционные формы деятельности. Утверждается, что в образовании и культуре инновации должны дополнять, а не заменять существующие традиционные технологии и модели, поскольку традиции сохраняют и передают положительный опыт, накопленный многими поколениями, в том числе и в сфере культуры и педагогики. На примере музыкального образование в Монголии автор показывает возможности сочетания традиционных и инновационных методов преподавания.

The author of the article discusses the problem of traditions and innovations’ correlation in pedagogy. Attention is drawn to the innovations that displace traditional forms of activity. It is argued that innovation in education and culture should complement rather than replace the existing traditional techniques and patterns, as tradition preserves and transmits the positive experience gained by many generations, including in the sphere of culture and pedagogy. For example, the author shows the possibilities of combining traditional and innovative teaching methods in music education in Mongolia. The author substantiates the idea that by means of music education one can develop the ability to work in a team.
