Обоснование проекта «Ноосферная педагогическая акмеология» в контексте учения Тейяра де Шардена

Abstract

The aim of the study is an attempt to define the noospheric pedagogic acmeology as a branch of the modern humanities knowledge. The principles of integratism and evolutionarism of the noospheric concept developed by Teilhard de Char din were taken as the methodology basis, since the dominant notion of this teaching involves personal development and striving for perfection. It regards the universe as a whole, the mankind as the species and a being as an individual and personality. Striving for perfection is adherent to acmeology, which is concerned with such issues as achieving top human goals. Though, the contemporary acmeology and pedagogic acmeology in particular are mainly concerned with achieving high professionalism. Addressing Teilhard teaching, made it possible to extend the framework of pedagogic acmeology and take the holistic approach to human development. As the result of hermenevtic analysis, the evristic toolset was brought up for developing noospheric pedagogic acmeology. This set of instruments can be applied while developing innovative paradigms of personal and professional growth including the complexity of inward and outward relations, ontogenetic and philogenetic characteristics. Целью данного исследования является попытка идентификации ноосферной педагогической акмеологии как отрасли современного гуманитарного знания. В качестве стержневого методологического основания были избраны принципы интегратизма и эволюционизма ноосферной концепции Тейяра де Шардена, поскольку одной из смысловых доминант его учения выступает развитие и устремленность к совершенству. Это касается универсума в целом, человечества как вида и человека как индивида и личности. Устремленность к совершенству свойственна и акмеологии, призванной заниматься вопросами достижения вершин в человеческом развитии. Однако акмеология в целом и педагогическая акмеология в частности до сих пор понимаются прежде всего как науки о достижении вершин профессионализма. Обращение к учению Тейяра дает возможность расширить рамки действия педагогической акмеологии посредством включения в орбиту ее «интересов» целокупное развитие человека. Результатом использования метода герменевтического анализа текстов стало обоснование эвристического инструментария проектирования ноосферной педагогической акмеологии.
