Современные подходы к определению профессионально значимых компетенций директора школы в отечественной педагогической науке и практике

Abstract

The paper suggests the list of actual professional competences for the secondary school headmasters. The research is based on the analysis of the contemporary approaches to the problem of quality assessment including the publications of Russian scientists and teachers in the «Narodnoye Obrazovaniye» journal over the last decade, and the actual Federal documents regulating the educational sphere. The research results can be applied by the Institutions of Further Training developing the curricula structures and contents for retraining the managerial staff, as well as refresher courses, workshops and trainings. They can be also used by the developers of the municipal certification procedures for the school management and headmasters looking for the self-development guidance.

В статье предложен один из вариантов перечня актуальных профессионально значимых компетентностей руководителя школы. Материал подготовлен на основе анализа современных подходов педагогической науки и практики к проблемам оценки качества внутришкольного управления. Источниковой базой исследования стали публикации отечественных ученых и педагогов-практиков в журнале «Народное образование» за 2000–2010 гг. и актуальные нормативные документы федерального уровня, регламентирующие деятельность в системе образования.
