Агрессивное поведение и агрессивность личности

Abstract

The most revealing attempt to find a meaning for aggression has been undertaken to the way the aggression is internally structured. Researches, first, have distinguished aggression as a personality trait (aggressiveness) from aggression as a behavior (aggressive behavior). Second, the distinction between destructive («negative») and constructive («positive») subtypes of aggression put forward, as well. An aggressive behavior is usually defined as any overt conduct involving an intent to harm another person. However, the aggressive behavior can be revealed so that to overcome some obstacles with no intention to cause harm another person. Unlike the aggressive behavior, the aggressiveness is defined as a personality construct. But like the aggressive behavior, the aggressiveness is specified and structured. A relationship between the aggressive behavior and the aggressiveness is considered. The crucial issue is the same aggression construct refers to different footprints or, conversely, different kinds of aggression ascend to common psychological roots. The raised in the article problems demand in subsequent empirical study especially important for personality’s psychology study in pedagogic sphere

Авторы статьи предприняли теоретический анализ агрессии в контексте, во-первых, ее дифференциации на понятия агрессивного поведения и агрессивности личности, во-вторых, ее деструктивности («негативности») и конструктивности («позитивности»). Агрессивное поведение, прежде всего, внешневыраженное действие, направленное против другого человека. Показано, что оно может быть направлено как на причинение вреда другому человеку, так и на преодоление препятствий без намерения навредить. Агрессивность представляет собой личностный конструкт. Ставится вопрос о ее структуре; рассматривается проблема взаимоотношений агрессивного поведения и агрессивности личности; сделана попытка ответить на фундаментальный вопрос о том, обозначает ли одно и то же понятие агрессии разные психические явления или, напротив, у разных видов агрессии имеются общие психологические корни. Поднимаемые в статье вопросы требуют дальнейших эмпирических исследований особенно важных для изучения психологии личности в области педагогики
